My prayer times look slightly off — how do I fix them?
Prayer times depend on the calculation method. Open Settings → Calculation method and pick your country's authority (or the method your local masjid uses). You can also fine-tune each prayer by a few minutes under Adjust prayer times, and choose Standard or Hanafi Asr.
The athan doesn't sound when the app is closed.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Duha (device Settings → Notifications → Duha), that Focus/Do Not Disturb allows it, and that the prayer's sound is set to Athan (tap the speaker icon next to a prayer on the Home screen). Opening the app from time to time keeps the schedule fresh.
Does Duha work offline?
Prayer times, the Qibla compass, azkar and downloaded Mushaf pages all work offline. Translations, tafsir, recitation audio and stories stream when you're online.
How do I set my location manually?
Open Settings → Location and type your city instead of using GPS. Duha never uploads your location — it is used on your device only.
What does Recite mode do with my voice?
Recite mode listens while you recite so the page can follow along. Recognition happens entirely on your device using the system speech recognizer. Your audio is never recorded, stored, or sent to us.
How do I add the widgets?
Long-press your Home Screen → tap Edit / “+” → search for Duha → choose a widget (Next Prayer, Today's Prayers, Countdown Ring, Prayer Dashboard and more). Lock Screen widgets are added from the Lock Screen customizer.
